Manager Retail Planning, 7 - 9 years exp, Bengaluru/Bangalore

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product/Stock Management

Validate the Open To buy (OTB) and stock gap for the season Roll-out the initial allocation received from the Central Planners to the store operations team and RDC for necessary action.

Track and monitor dispatches as per initial allocation; ensure timely replenishment orders and execution by the RDC

Maintain 45 days stock cover across all categories in the stores across the region.

Maintain stock balance and ensure high productivity with sell thrus across stores.

Season Launch Allocation

Ensure availability of stock at the stores as per initial allocation to achieve the stores seasonal target.

Ensure implementation of the planogram by the operations team.

Manage replenishments for stores based on stock performance and availability

Mid Season Monitoring

Manage basics and non-basic allocation as per the monthly rolling budget.

Provide FMS and SMS (fast moving and slow moving style)analysis to the Central Planners to initiate appropriate actions like discounting, consolidating or promoting

Prepare Best-buy analysis for options after 30 days of trading.Obtain approval from Central Planners and implement in stores across the region

Undertake market and store visits for customer response, competition mapping and product gap analysis to provide feedback to the Central Planners.

Conduct fortnightly reviews with the regional Planning Team to track stock status in stores and prepare projections.

End of Season Consolidation

Prepare Stock consolidation at the end of season.

Prepare the EOSS discount working and obtain approval from Finance and Central Planning Team for implementation in the region.

Provide SWOT analysis of the season as feedback to the Central Planners.

People Management

Plan, organize, motivate, delegate, train, monitor and track expectations set for the team
