Urgent req for Visual Merchandiser with an Retail Firm in Hyderabad

Note : Candidates should have experience in Retail Industry only, Other Industry experience candidates are not eligible to apply for this position.
Job Responsibility:
Display Standardization: To provide Visual Merchandising discipline to shop and
implement the high standard of display consistent. Create Innovative display ideas to the
shop to make it appealing.
Merchandise Presentation: To ensure the Merchandise Presentation Manual is followed
effectively and its roll-out execution across the region. Ensure the timely execution and
compliance of the seasonal dockets across all stores in the region Conduct competitor
analysis and market surveys for trends and ideas to improve customer conversions
provide in-store brand experience maintaining the VM standards.
Design Involvement: Involvement with the design team for the best result in design and
flexibility for production and adaptation at front end. Designing local event to create the
mood to the shop.
People Management: Identify and motivate the VM champ at each store for VM
activities. Train the store operations team on VM display standards and Merchandise
display standards Plan, organize, motivate, recognize and train team for meeting
exceeding performance & expectations Plan.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and build Vendors relationship, quality control, Cost
control. Track vendor performance as per timelines and expected quality standards
Ensure timely billing and payments to vendors
Production & Implementation: ensure the right production is done as per the guideline
& its design implementation as per the said period.
SOP: Ensuring stores are as per VM manuals and guidelines - Standards / Checklists to
be completed regularly online. Audits: To conduct monthly audits related to Display &
Merchandise Presentation. Store Visit: To make sure all stores in the zone is visited as per
scheduled planned and submit a store visit report for improvement. To
Training:
conduct training for the team for the better understanding of the concept & thoughts to
achieve the common goal. Reports: Monthly Reports to be sent by end of every month.
Store Opening: Create the 'VM plan' related to instore Visual, instore Branding,
Signage"s, Mannequins, Merchandise Presentation, Display point creation & Window
Display. Completion of VM element within allocated budget and obtain approval from
HOD for implementation. Create the planogram. Coordinate with projects and store
operations team to ensure store readiness & finally handover it to store operation team.
